Established in 2012 as a leading player in Turkey’s fruit processing industry, SEMES Food commenced production on January 6, 2013, at its modern facility in Aydın–Sultanhisar, boasting 85,000 square meters of indoor space. As of 2025, we have further expanded our operations by integrating the Tokat Factory, a 4,500-square-meter facility, under the SEMES roof.
We meet the agri-based intermediate product needs of the food and beverage industry with our high-quality fruit and vegetable purees and concentrates, all produced with an uncompromising commitment to hygiene and natural standards.
Beyond concentrates, we are a key player in the rapidly growing Squeezed (NFC / Not From Concentrate) market. As pioneers in Turkey, we take pride in being the first to produce long-shelf-life NFC fruit juices. Our dedicated citrus lines enable us to process 100% local oranges in-house, delivering the authentic taste of the Western Mediterranean to the world.
Our production facility, capable of processing 17 different types of fruit, has an annual capacity of 90,000 tons. It is supported by extensive cold storage areas operating between -18°C and +4°C, with a capacity of 4,528 pallets and 1,980 tons of concentrate storage. Meanwhile the Tokat Factory has an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons for 13 fruit types, along with cold storage for 300 pallets and 1,035 tons of concentrate.
Since our first export of pomegranate concentrate to the UK in 2016, we have expanded our footprint to numerous countries across the globe.
