Our Production Lines

Currently, 17 different types of fruits and vegetables are processed in our facility, which has an annual processing capacity of 90,000 tons and the versatility to handle any fruit type. Our production operates across 3 different lines equipped with the latest technology, scheduled in line with harvest seasons.

Citrus Line:

• With an annual fruit processing capacity of 36,000 tons, it operates for 5 months between December and April.

Puree Line:

• With an annual fruit processing capacity of 39,000 tons, it operates for 4 months between June and September.

Clear Juice Line:

• With an annual fruit processing capacity of 45,000 tons, it operates for 5 months between July and November.
• Commissioned as a 2025 investment, the filtration system in our clear juice line has been launched with the most up-to-date technology.
• The machinery and equipment in our auxiliary facilities and the units in our cold storage areas are also equipped with specialized technologies as well.
• Our SEMES Food factory boasts a product storage capacity of 4,528 pallets across 6 warehouses, and additionally, a capacity of 36 concentrate storage tanks (55 tons each) in a 7th warehouse.
• Additionally, the Tokat Factory has a product storage capacity of 300 pallets across 3 warehouses and a capacity of 46 concentrate storage tanks (30 tons each).
• Our laboratories are staffed by expert teams and equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation and a diverse range of technologies capable of meeting the specific technical needs of the sector.
